I received the "Volunteer of the Year" award from the American Heart Association. This award is a pure honor and I am so looking forward to helping out and being an advocate for a Healthy Heart world!!!!!!

VOLUNTEER of the YEAR!

Tonight I will be honored (with others) whom give their time, money, and energy to an incredible cause. The American Heart Association will be hosting this Annual event.

As a survivor and a volunteer and an advocate...I must say that it is my divine duty to help women and men understand the importance of taking their heart health serious!
